An OG Track with NEW School Updates
Originally built in 1978 as part of the Bicycle Motocross Association, Cape Coral BMX was officially
incorporated 23 April 1979 and is considered one of the oldest, continuously operated tracks in the United States.
Cape Coral BMX has gone through several sanctioning bodies the first being The Bicycle Motocross Association, National Bicycle Association [NBL], and presently sanctioned by USA BMX, a division of the American Bicycle Association.
Cape Coral BMX track is located on a parcel of land belonging to the city of Cape Coral parks and recreation department. The city of Cape Coral provides no financial support to Cape Coral BMX Association, Inc. They do provide the building and lighting and water for our operation. Cape Coral BMX Association, Incorporated is a totally voluntary organization that receives all its funding from rider activity and generous support from donations.
Cape Coral BMX track normally has 3 practices and 2 races each week.
We also host large events such as State Series Qualifiers, Gold Cup Qualifiers & National Races.
Cape Coral BMX Association, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All donations to Cape Coral BMX Association, Inc. are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
